We kindly ask all guests to take a moment to review the following terms before visiting us...
Reservation Duration
Your booking confirmation will specify the duration allocated to your table, ensuring you have ample time to enjoy your experience with us.
At the end of this period, we may require the table for another reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us run a smooth and timely service.
If you would like a longer seating time, please contact us in advance of your booking and we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
Card Details & No-Show Policy
During peak periods, including Fridays and Saturdays, we require valid credit or debit card details to secure all reservations.
Your card information is stored securely and no charge will be made unless:

You do not arrive for your reservation (we allow a 15–20 minute grace period).

You cancel or reduce the size of your party with less than 24 hours’ notice.
In these instances, a £10 per person non-refundable fee will apply.

Changes to Party Size
If you need to increase your party size, please inform us in advance. We may not be able to accommodate additional guests without prior notice and reserve the right to amend or cancel the booking if necessary.
Online reservations are limited to a maximum of six guests. Larger groups must be arranged directly with us via email or phone so that we can plan seating and staffing appropriately, while maintaining the quality and atmosphere of the bar.
Booking multiple smaller tables to avoid this policy is not permitted and may result in cancellation of the reservation and applicable no-show charges.

Early Departures & Walkouts
If a party arrives but decides not to drink, this may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show. A £10 per person fee may be charged at management’s discretion, as last-minute changes can result in lost revenue.
Should any guest leave without settling their bill, the remaining balance will be charged to the card used to secure the reservation. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.

Service Charge
For tables of fewer than six guests, service charge is discretionary and can be removed upon request.
For parties of six or more, a discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the final bill.

Age Policy
We operate a strictly over-18s venue. Unfortunately, we are unable to admit guests under the age of 18 at any time.
Valid photographic identification may be requested upon entry. Accepted forms of ID include a passport, UK driving licence, or PASS-approved proof of age card.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest who is unable to provide valid identification when requested.

Lost Property
We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto or left on the premises. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer compensation or replacements for such items.

Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service
We are committed to providing a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or threatening towards staff or other guests.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Aggressive or discourteous behaviour

Excessive intoxication

Disruptive conduct

Offensive language

Failure to follow reasonable staff instructions
Guests asked to leave or refused entry under these circumstances may still be subject to no-show fees or full charges where applicable, as their booking may prevent us from reassigning the table.
We kindly ask all guests to treat our team and fellow guests with courtesy and respect.
