About Us

Golden Crane Bristol is a warm and casual Cocktail Bar located in the heart of Bristol UK. Started in 2023 by three friends Ed Sargent, Kedar Subedi & Benjamin Salguero (Featured Left to Right), this expedition into co-owning their bar became a passion project of bringing together the best of hospitality from the guests experience through the service, to the quality of drinks being curated with the freshest of ingredients & expertise.

With a collective experience in Bars & Restaurants of more than half a century both front & back of house, it has become their pleasure to bring this knowledge for you to enjoy.
