Established in 2023 by friends—Ed Sargent, Kedar Subedi, and Benjamin Salguero (featured left to right)—this venture reflects their passion for creating an exceptional hospitality experience, from attentive service to expertly crafted drinks made with the freshest ingredients.

With over 50 years of combined experience in bars and restaurants, both front and back of house, they are committed to excellence.
