Golden Crane is a cosy and laid-back cocktail bar situated in the heart of Bristol, UK. Established in 2023 by friends—Ed Sargent, Kedar Subedi, and Benjamin Salguero (featured left to right)—this venture reflects their passion for creating an exceptional hospitality experience, from attentive service to expertly crafted drinks, all influenced by East Asia. With the biggest Japanese Whisky collection in the South West, unique spirits from China, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam and beyond, there's a lot to dig your teeth into!
